How to Delete Your Account
Follow these simple steps to request account deletion from within the ChatApp+ app:
Open ChatApp+
Launch the ChatApp+ application on your device.
Go to Settings
Tap on the Settings icon from the main screen or navigation menu.
Select "Delete Account"
Scroll down in Settings and tap on the "Delete Account" option.
Confirm Deletion
You will be asked to confirm your decision. Once confirmed, your account deletion request will be submitted.
30-Day Deletion Period
Once you request account deletion, we begin a 30-day processing period. During this time:
- Your account will be deactivated immediately and will not be visible to other users.
- You will not be able to send or receive messages during this period.
- Within 30 days, all your data will be permanently deleted from our servers.
- If you change your mind, you can contact us within the 30-day window to cancel the deletion request.

After the 30-day period, the following data will be permanently removed from our servers:
Important Information
Irreversible After 30 Days
Once the 30-day period ends, account deletion is permanent and cannot be undone. You will need to create a new account to use ChatApp+ again.
Group Chats
Messages you sent in group conversations may still be visible to other group members, but your profile will show as "Deleted Account".
Backup Your Data
We recommend saving any important messages or media before requesting account deletion, as recovery is not possible after the process is complete.
Re-registration
After your account is fully deleted, you may register again using the same phone number to create a fresh account.

At ChatApp+, we take your privacy seriously. When you delete your account, we ensure that all your personal information is permanently removed from our servers within the 30-day processing period.
