2Description of Service

ChatAway+ is a messaging application that allows users to:

• Send and receive secure text messages
• Connect and chat with friends and contacts
• Create and customize user profiles with photos and status messages
• Sync contacts to find friends using the app
• Receive push notifications for new messages

3User Accounts

To use ChatAway+, you must create an account using your phone number and provide accurate, current, and complete information. You are responsible for:

• Maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials
• All activities that occur under your account
• Notifying us immediately of any unauthorized use
• Keeping your profile information current and accurate

4User Content and Conduct

You retain ownership of content you share (messages, profile photos, status updates) but grant us a license to store, transmit, and display it within our service. You agree not to:

8Service Availability

We strive to keep the messaging service available 24/7, but we cannot guarantee 100% uptime. We may temporarily or permanently discontinue features or the entire service with or without notice for maintenance, updates, or other operational reasons.

9Message Delivery and Storage

• We make reasonable efforts to deliver messages but cannot guarantee delivery
• Messages are stored locally on your device and on our servers for synchronization
• We are not responsible for lost, delayed, or undelivered messages
• Message history may be limited based on storage constraints

10Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account and access to the service immediately, without prior notice, if you breach these terms. Upon termination:

• Your right to use the service stops immediately
• Your messages and account data may be deleted
• You must stop using the ChatAway+ application
